A simple idea to balance gw.
Hi everyone. I'm here to discuss about an idea of a friend of mine talking about "GW" he suggested to increase base health points so we can have a "game refresh". Let me explain our idea :
1st) Spikes result more difficult than before, so they obviuosly diminished
2nd) Split based builds allow to be stronger, of course it would be a better way to improve a player's game mechanics and knowledge(i'll meet you again on one more thread to explain my idea on split builds)
3rd) Shootdown tactics would become a must

implement a pve gvg mode where each team needs to kill more mobs than the other team...and at VoD all mobs becomes bosses

Health levels are in general higher already, mainly from the removal of armor swapping. Most of the 123spike builds in recent memory have been a direct result of sloppy skill balancing and the introduction of broken abilities. Actually, pretty much every problem in recent memory has been a result of that.

Increasing maximum health causes a vicious cycle where defensive skills kick in and suddenly you need more damage to kill, which leads to buffing offensive skills, which in turn causes spike builds to pop up.
It's already been done with Factions and I never quite liked the idea.
